Care provider has been made aware of the following pertinent conditions:
geriatric pet, be gentle, use caution when walking around. Check for puke or poop. Special cleaning care for carpet in dining room.
Usually goes out, but not while owner is away. Cat has medication and supplements. House has some electrical issues. There are outside neighbor cats that get fed a little each day. Care provider, Lorelei may bring her cat LiLi.

Client has been made aware of the following conditions that may affect care/liability:
Vincent does occasionally poop and puke on carpet. ​
Not currently using a flea control product for Vincent
Issues with electrical.

  • ​Client has read the More Than Pets FAQ and agrees to the guidelines therein.
  • Client agrees to make Lorelei Moon / Loree Monohon, More Than Pets and its representatives aware of any special requests, changes, or concerns that arise after the initial consultation.
  • Lorelei Moon / Loree Monohon, More Than Pets and its representatives agree to perform the services that have been discussed with the client.
  • Client agrees to pay for all billed services. Client understands that cancellations must still be paid in full.
  • Client authorizes Lorelei Moon / Loree Monohon, More Than Pets, and it’s representatives to have access to the client’s property for the purposes of this agreement.
  • Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lorelei Moon / Loree Monohon, More Than Pets, and it’s representatives from any loss, damage or injury to client’s pets or property.
  • Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lorelei Moon / Loree Monohon, More Than Pets, and it’s representatives from any loss, damage or injury caused by client’s pets.​​
  • ​Client authorizes Client authorizes Lorelei Moon / Loree Monohon, More Than Pets, and it’s representatives to take client’s pet to a veterinarian at the attending pet-sitter’s discretion.
  • Client authorizes medical and emergency care to be given by a veterinarian as deemed necessary and assumes full responsibility for all charges. Client requests to be billed by veterinarian for any veterinary services rendered.
 This client service agreement is a long term agreement and is valid for all services agreed upon by the client and Lorelei Moon / Loree Monohon, More Than Pets provided that all requests for services are initiated through “Lorelei” Loree Monohon/More Than Pets.
