We offer professional services while doing our best to keep prices affordable for you.
Because no two jobs are alike we do not have a firm flat fee for every service.

Flexibility - Availability - Covid-19
Though people are starting to feel comfortable traveling again, we recognize that the Covid-19 pandemic is still impacting many of our clients who have had income and lifestyle changes. Please inquire if you need a payment plan or rate flexibility. We are open to barter or trade and may be willing to negotiate on rates occasionally. It never hurts to ask. We don’t charge extra for visits at “odd hours” and we don’t require any minimum for a booking.
Payment in FULL is due at or before the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. *Absolutely NO refunds or credits unless arrangements have been made in advance. Keep in mind that once we reserve service dates for you, especially for house-sitting, we will turn down other work that may be more financially rewarding and may not be able to recoup the loss if you cancel your reservation. During holidays, we limit the number of bookings and charge a little more because of this.
We are fully vaccinated, boosted and have tested negative for Covid-19. We follow all recommended protocols including sanitizing and mask wearing as needed.

BASIC FEES
Our usual travel area is: Oakland, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Richmond, Alameda and the East Bay vicinity including San Leandro. *Note: We can and often do travel further.
House-sitting or overnight visits usually begin between 5-7PM, and may include dinner feeding and morning feeding, exercise, medication, etc. If additional time or visits are required during the day that can be arranged, usually at a slightly discounted rate from a stand-alone drop in visit rate.
We accept cash, PayPal, Venmo and Square. We will take checks or Zelle with prior arrangement. For electronic payments, please make sure to send as a “gift” or “friends and family” as these companies take part of the payment when you select “goods or services” This is not just a small business, it is a teeny-tiny, part-time, one-disabled-woman (with occasional help) venture. Tips always appreciated.
*Additional fees may be charged for: adding additional pets, administering medication, behavioral or other consultation, emergency pick up of food, supplies or vet visits, excessive cleaning or hazardous disposal, holidays, last minute bookings or changes, depending on how this impacts our schedule, nail-trims, pick up or drop off of animals or keys, Therapeutic Touch-Healing Energy Treatment, transportation to scheduled grooming or medical appointments.

- Initial Consultation is $30 *Consultation fee is applied to your first service booked within 30 days
- Drop in visit starts at $45 for one dog, cat or small animal
- House-sitting / Overnight Care starts at $90 per night
- Extended drop in visit (3-5 hours) starts at $60 for one dog, cat or small animal
- All day visit (6 - 10 hours) starts at $75 for one dog, cat or small animal
